Kelly has been in the dental field for 30 years. In her beginnings she had the opportunity to spend six months with a business coach learning all aspects of an everyday dental practice. While being coached, she learned the foundation of owning a practice, managing a dental practice, and managing personnel. As she began her career as Level II Certified Dental Assistant, she also assisted with almost every type of specialist. She found Blackburn Shoppes Dental by chance, and fell in love with the team and Dr. Plant. She has humbly accepted the position as Team Leader. She enjoys soccer, music and gardening.
