A Practice Built on Relationships

In 2003, while on maternity leave with her first child, Dr. Chantal Plant opened Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre with a simple goal — to create a family-oriented dental practice grounded in empathy and trust.

She started with zero patients.

Today, over 4,000 active patients trust our team with their smiles. Many of the children who first sat in our chairs now return with their own families.
