At Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre, community connection is at the heart of everything we do. In our first episode of Learning About Our Community, Dr. Chantal Plant had the pleasure of sitting down with Councillor Laura Dudas, a dedicated leader for the Orléans ward and a valued patient of the clinic.
Councillor Dudas shared her reflections on 2024 as a year of renewal and growth. After years of pandemic recovery, local events and the vibrant community associations helped foster a renewed spirit of togetherness. She also highlighted exciting upcoming investments in the area, including road improvements, park revitalizations, and housing initiatives aimed at supporting the most vulnerable.
Dr. Plant echoed this sentiment, sharing how her passion for dentistry extends beyond the clinic to her involvement in community events and school programs.
