Suzanne’s people skills were developed growing up on various armed forces bases across Canada. Making new friends seemed to get easier with each move. But she was happy settling down in Ottawa for high school and art college.
Having such an “adventurous” upbringing gave Suzanne the travel bug, so after completing her post-secondary education she backpacked around Europe and enjoyed an extended stay in Greece. Later, the gypsy spirit continued in Whistler where she combined fun and work as a ski instructor.
A career in graphic design beckoned Suzanne back to Ottawa. And here she began building a life with her husband Kevin and their two sons, Sam and Jackson. Keeping up with her 3 boys keeps her active. They all enjoy skiing, basketball, golf and camping.
Suzanne’s quieter pursuits include drawing, scrapbooking and reading.
Working in the dental field since 2001, Suzanne particularly enjoys the pace here at Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre. “More time for communication with the patients and to focus on their needs is satisfying”, she says.
